Multi-layer color ribbon including excellent back coating for optimum protection of the print head. Coated on the inside, suitable for plastic labels such as PET, PE, PP, PVC, and signage labels on smooth surfaces. It offers very high abrasion and scratch resistance, high resistance to mechanical impact, and high chemical resistance (testing required by customer). Temperature resistance is up to approximately 180°C, with a print speed of up to 250 mm/s. It has ISEGA approval for direct food contact and UL approval with corresponding label materials.
