Heller Mirage 2000 C

The Dassault-Breguet Mirage 2000 was selected in December 1975 as the future fighter aircraft for the French Air Force, intended for service until the year 2000 and beyond. The return to a pure delta wing design, which was adopted from the earlier and very successful Mirage III/V series, made the Mirage 2000 nearly unique among today's generations of cutting-edge fighter aircraft. Dassault-Breguet had invested significant development efforts to enhance the efficiency of such aircraft. In the Mirage 2000, this was supported by the use of computer-controlled systems and fly-by-wire technology, which allowed for complete control of all unstable flight characteristics across the entire performance range.
