Hama Smarter Tür- und Fensterkontakt

Magnetic switch for monitoring windows and doors. It can be integrated as a door contact or window sensor into your own WiFi network via the free "Hama Smart Home" app. The status is displayed: door or window open or closed. Easily add it through the existing Hama Smart Home Hub or the Hama heating control center. With your WiFi-connected devices, you can create groups or scenes, for example, in combination with a heating control to immediately lower the temperature when windows are opened. The status can also be queried by voice through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The switch features built-in tamper protection and sends push notifications for status changes or tampering attempts. It has low power consumption and is powered by two AAA batteries.

System requirements: Operating system: Android 6 and iOS 11.0 or higher.

Consumer note: To integrate the smart door/window contact into the WiFi network, a Zigbee-capable smart home hub is required (not included), such as the Hama Smart Home Hub or the Hama heating control center.

For Amazon Alexa, the "Hama Smart Home" Alexa skill must be activated in the Alexa app. This connects the Hama Smart Home app user account with Alexa, enabling device control via voice command (turning on/off).

For Google Assistant, the "Hama Smart Home" service must be activated in the Google Home app. This connects the Hama Smart Home app user account with Google, also allowing device control via voice command (turning on/off).
