Cross-cut shredder for up to 5 sheets of DIN A4 paper (80 g/m²) in a single operation, also shreds plastic cards. This shredder is suitable for the destruction of personal data in paper form in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Plastic cards are also destroyed through the paper feed. The device automatically shuts off in case of overheating to prevent damage. Quality steel cutting blades are resistant to staples. Automatic start/stop function: The cutting rollers start automatically when the material to be shredded is fed in and stop once the shredding process is complete. Reverse function: Particularly helpful when a jammed document needs to be released using the automatic and reverse button. Includes a paper bin (11 liters) with a viewing window. A safety feature prevents operation when the device head is not properly placed in the paper bin.
