The Hager Motion Detector EE804A is a 360° surface-mounted motion detector with increased sensitivity in the central presence area and an integrated twilight switch. It is designed for indoor use, such as in hallways or entrance areas. The detector responds to infrared radiation (body heat) from moving bodies within a detection diameter of 6 m at a recommended mounting height of 2.5 m. The signal is generated by an integrated pyroelectric sensor. The brightness level and on duration can be adjusted via a potentiometer located under an opening in the housing. It is ready for immediate operation due to factory presettings and includes a test mode to check functionality and detection range.
