The modern code lock is a two-wire bus code lock with 16 mm blue backlit Braille keys. The included flush-mounted housing can be either embedded in the masonry or installed in a surface-mounted housing. Access codes are created separately for each user in the iPassan software and can be changed at any time upon request. The two LEDs on the front of the code lock also serve as optical indicators and can indicate granted or denied access through color changes after code entry. Additionally, the integrated buzzer signals an acoustic tone for granted or denied access. In the iPassan software, the LEDs can be individually managed, deactivated, or reconfigured, and the same applies to the integrated buzzer. The IP54 protection rating emphasizes its suitability for outdoor use, even in harsh conditions. The security of the entire access control system is ensured with the proprietary FDI protocol. The code lock is compatible with the iPassan controller. Note: The surface-mounted housing must be ordered separately.
