RNS patch cable from Good Connections features effective latching nose protection (RNS) that prevents the snap-in lug on the patch cable connector from bending away, making broken lugs a thing of the past. This cable is suitable for 10/100/1000-Base-T Ethernet networks (Gigabit-capable) and has a 100 MHz RJ45 plug on both sides. It is made of SF/UTP cable (shielding with foil and braiding) with an inner conductor of AWG 26. The outer jacket diameter is 5.6 mm, made of flame-retardant PVC according to IEC 60332-1. The assignment is 1:1 according to EIA/TIA-568B with gold-plated contact surfaces. It is suitable for connecting various devices such as patch panels, switches, routers, and modems with RJ45 connections.
