Garmin's popular eTrex series has been around for more than 15 years and was complemented by the eTrex 32x in June 2019. The device comes with a 2.2-inch colour display that is easy to read even in direct
sunlight. In order not to lose orientation in difficult terrain, the handheld supports two satellite systems - GPS and GLONASS. The pre-installed TopoActive Europe map also provides an overview when hiking, cycling or geocaching. If that's not enough, you can expand the 8GB internal memory and load additional map material onto the device thanks to the microSD card slot. The eTrex 32x also features an integrated 3-axis compass and barometric altimeter as well as ANT+ connectivity. The device lasts 25 hours in GPS mode thanks to 2AA batteries.
