Fujitsu Product Support Software

This service provides support for trademarked software products from Fujitsu and its partners. It ensures the smooth operation of installed software products through error detection and resolution, and includes diagnosing software malfunctions as well as providing workarounds or fixes, if available from the licensor. Depending on the licensor, fixes may consist of individual patches, patch packages, or minor version changes (sometimes referred to as upgrades or updates). The provision of software versions with new features (often referred to as major releases) depends on the manufacturer's licensing procedure.

Unless otherwise agreed, the installation of fixes or new versions is the responsibility of the customer and is not included in the standard service offerings.
