The camera connects directly to your DSL router or can be switched via a LAN cable. The Foscam D2EP surveillance camera supports the industry-standard H.264 compression technology, which drastically reduces file size and saves valuable network bandwidth. You can save videos directly to your hard drive. Thanks to the built-in microSD card slot, videos or photos can also be stored on the microSD card. With PoE support, both power and data transmission can occur over a single cable. This requires a PoE-enabled router or switch. You can also detect motion in the image and receive emails directly to you.
