Extralink Patch Panel 24 Ports Cat. 6 UTP 1U
The patch panel is one of the fundamental elements used for structured cabling. It is installed in 19" racks. The screws used for mounting are the same as those for active devices. The purpose of the patch panel is to terminate the cables leading to the distribution cabinet.
The RJ45 Cat. 6 UTP patch panel ports connect to the active device via patch cables of the corresponding category to maintain the appropriate connection standard. The cable is connected to the patch panel using a punch-down tool.
