PoE Extralink 48V 24W power supply

The Extralink PoE power adapter is designed to supply electricity through selected twisted-pair cable wires to network devices such as media converters, access points, cameras, and more. The 48V 0.5A PoE power supply enables the transmission of Gigabit Ethernet network data while supplying power through the same cable. This model allows transmission at the speed of Gigabit Ethernet, is a passive PoE solution, and does not comply with the IEEE 802.3at/af standard. Unlike power supplies with 5.5/2.1mm jacks, the PoE adapter allows direct power supply to Gigabit PoE devices, with no additional network accessories required.

The power supply has a 1.2-meter long power cable terminated with a clover-type connector and features two RJ45 ports. One port connects to the device to be powered, while the other is used for patch cord connection to a switch or router. It can be installed in locations such as living quarters, teletechnical rooms, or rack cabinets.

An LED indicator shows the correct operation of the device. If any of the following protections are tripped: short-circuit or overload protection, the power supply cuts off the voltage to the device. Once the issue is resolved, the power supply unit will automatically restore the voltage.
