PoE Extralink 24V 24W power supply

The Extralink PoE power adapter is designed to supply electricity through selected twisted-pair cable wires to network devices such as media converters, access points, and cameras. This 24V 1A power supply enables the transmission of network data in gigabit Ethernet while supplying power over the same cable. This model allows transmission at gigabit Ethernet speeds, is a passive PoE solution, and does not comply with the IEEE 802.3af standard. Unlike power supplies with a 5.5/2.1mm jack, the PoE adapter allows direct power supply to PoE devices, eliminating the need for additional network accessories.

The power supply features a 1.2-meter long power cable terminated with a clover-type connector and includes two RJ45 ports. One port connects to the device to be powered, while the other is used for patch cord connection to a switch or router. It can be installed in locations such as living quarters, teletechnical rooms, or rack cabinets.

An LED indicator shows the correct operation of the device. If short-circuit or overload protection is triggered, the power supply will cut off the voltage to the device. Once the issue is resolved, the power supply unit will automatically restore the voltage.
