Register binder 32x24 cm, 4 rings with refill pack for 100 printed sheets - securities transactions. Every securities transaction of public limited companies (AG) and simplified joint-stock companies (SAS) must be registered. The Exacompta binder consists of a plastic folder with 4 round rings at the back of the cover (all 4 rings can be opened simultaneously) and a gold-printed title on the cover and spine of the binder. It comes with a two-part refill pack: 50 printed and laminated sheets for securities transactions with a customizable cover page for securities transactions, and 50 printed, non-laminated sheets for the individual accounts of shareholders. The sheets in the refill pack are made from 110 g/m² Clairefontaine paper, which is FSC-certified and represents responsible forest management. This high-quality paper meets the permanence requirements of ISO standard 9706 and guarantees excellent durability over time. Exacompta legal bindings and their refill packs are 100% made in France.
