With the eWON Cosy, OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators can perform remote troubleshooting of machines without needing to be on-site, significantly reducing support costs.

Firewall-friendly
The eWON Cosy uses an outgoing connection over the factory LAN (HTTPS Port 443 or UDP 1194). No changes to IT/firewall settings are required to establish communication. This is a key factor that your IT team will appreciate!

Integrated Wi-Fi and cellular connections
Thanks to Wi-Fi and cellular modems, internet connections can be made without involving the factory/company LAN. They provide free access, high bandwidth, easy deployment (no cabling), and facilitate secure network management.

Secure VPN connections
A fully secure SSL-based VPN tunnel is used for all traffic. The information exchanged during communication is encrypted (SSL - 2048-bit key), ensuring that only authenticated users can connect to the eWON.

Plug'n Route
With the Plug'n Route feature, you can connect to any Ethernet device without configuring the gateway or stopping the machine during deployment.

4 x Ethernet switch WAN/LAN configurable
Connect up to 3 devices for remote access via the VPN directly to the eWON. In most cases, no additional switch is required in the control device.
