ERGO Two-Component Structural Adhesive, Type 1665, 50 ml
A stable, two-component methacrylate adhesive for the structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite materials. When mixed in a 10:1 (V:V) ratio, the product is workable for 3 – 6 minutes. At 23°C, 50% of the final strength is achieved after just 15 – 18 minutes. Ergo 1665 is primarily used as a universal adhesive for industrial applications in the field of composites. Typically, the surfaces do not require pretreatment. Examples of applications for Ergo 1665 include the manufacturing of household appliances, advertising signs, traffic guidance systems, in electronics and electrical engineering, for interior construction, in window and door manufacturing, as well as in vehicle construction and boat and shipbuilding. Recommended for use on: ABS, PVC, PS, FRPs, PMMA, polyester, polyurethanes, composites, steel, and aluminum.
