EQ-3 Homematic IP Wired CO2 Sensor HmIPW-SCTHD

The Homematic IP Wired CO2 Sensor with display is part of the Homematic IP Smart Home system and reliably measures CO2 concentration, relative humidity, and temperature. The current values are displayed on the large screen with white backlighting as well as in the free Homematic IP app, which also provides early warnings when air quality in the room deteriorates. The Homematic IP Wired CO2 Sensor fits into existing switch series with a 55mm frame size from the most common manufacturers. Its compact design makes installation in standard switch boxes easier. The installation is facilitated by screwless spring-loaded terminals. The CO2 content of the room air is measured in ppm (the number of CO2 molecules in one million air particles). Additionally, the temperature and humidity in the room are recorded and displayed. When combined with Homematic IP Wired underfloor heating controllers, the room temperature can be regulated on a timed basis. In conjunction with Wired switching actuators, the device can also be used in a 2-point control system, for example, to control IR heating panels.

The sensor measures CO2 levels as well as humidity and temperature in the room. It displays the current CO2 concentration and the target temperature on a high-contrast display. Instead of the target temperature, the actual temperature or the actual temperature alternating with humidity can also be shown. Timed regulation of room temperature occurs in conjunction with Homematic IP Wired underfloor heating actuators. The measured values are displayed on the large screen with white backlighting.

Measurement range CO2: 400 to 9995 ppm, CO2 accuracy: ±(5% + 50 ppm) in the range of 400 to 2000 ppm. Measurement range temperature: -9.9 to 60 °C, measurement range humidity: 0 to 100%.
