Universal 3-point PID controller, 96x96mm. Features include the ability to set two setpoints. The analog output can be configured for 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-10V, 2-10V, 0-25mV, or 0-50mV. It has a measurement input for thermocouples, PT100, J, K, L, T, S, R, mA, mV, and V. Automatic calculation of PID parameters (Selftune) is included. It can function as a 3-point control or motor valve control. Three different functions can be assigned to the digital input and the F-key. A soft start function allows for timing of the setpoint. The control output can be selected as a relay, analog, or SSR output. The analog output can be set as 0-20mA, 4-20mA, or as an SSR output. A ramp function is available with up to 16 steps. The A1 relay output can be set as an alarm or PID relay output for cooling, while the C/A2 relay output can be configured as an alarm or control output for heating. There is an offset setting for the input size, and the heating or cooling function can be configured. The periodic switching behavior of the relay can be set in case of a sensor failure. Programming can be done via buttons or through the Modbus protocol.
