Wireless window-door contact. The battery-free window-door contact FTK powers itself with a solar cell and stores energy for nighttime operation. A signal is sent when opening and closing. Additionally, the current status is sent approximately every 20 minutes. Installation is done by gluing, suitable for outdoor mounting as well. Dimensions of the window-door contact LxWxH: 75x25x12 mm, dimensions of the magnet LxWxH: 37x10x6 mm. Solar-powered energy storage: To test and operate, the FTK must first be charged for several hours in daylight or artificial light. After that, the device is ready for pairing according to the actuator's user manual. To do this, the magnet only needs to be held briefly at the spot marked with 'n' after the actuator to be paired has been activated. When window-door contacts FTK are paired with switching actuators FSR14, connections of up to 116 FTK are possible. Please refer to the actuator's user manual for this. When window-door contacts FTK are paired with switching actuators FSB14, FSB61NP, or FSB71, a lockout protection is established when the door is open, which blocks a central off command. Please refer to the actuator's user manual for this. When window-door contacts FTK are paired with switching actuators FHK14, FHK61, FZK14, or FZK61, heating and air conditioning units are turned off when the window is open. Both the window-door contact and the magnet have a notch approximately 10 mm long as a marker at the point where they must lie next to each other when the window is closed. Their distance must not exceed 5 mm.
