ELSO IR presence detector

Presence detector for ceiling mounting indoors. The sensor module detects moving heat sources (e.g., people) within an adjustable detection range and activates stair lighting for a set duration. It is suitable for resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads such as incandescent lamps, energy-saving lamps, low-voltage halogen lighting with conventional transformers, electronic transformers, and fluorescent lamps. The sensor module features a light sensor with an adjustable brightness threshold, ensuring that the lighting only turns on below a certain brightness level. Thanks to the presence function, the sensor module can turn off the lighting even when people are present if there is sufficient natural light.

Designed for installation in a 60mm flush-mounted box or in the surface-mounted housing available as an accessory. With claw and screw fastening as well as screw terminals. Functions include switching of one output and external control via a PL input (sensor module for central unit use, additional unit Plus). It also features a brightness-dependent stair lighting function.
