The Elcom Video Module EB 2-wire without loudspeaker is designed for installation in pillars or suitable for corresponding surface-mounted or flush-mounted frames for external door stations as an intercom system according to DIN EN 50486 in 2-wire technology.

This complete unit consists of a 2 mm thick front plate made of matt brushed stainless steel with speech and camera opening, a colour camera with a scratch-resistant cover, and a pluggable connection terminal block with screw terminals.

Unit configuration is facilitated via a rear LED display with 3 soft keys and a 7-segment display, which can be rotated 180 degrees for optimum readability and operability, and features automatic addressing when voltage is first applied.

Functions include a horizontally and vertically lockable camera, ambient light-dependent activation of an integrated IR illumination to support the camera function in darkness, and integrated camera heating to prevent condensation and frost fogging of the camera ball.

It also includes an integrated door opener contact and a call button with light/door opener/relay function that is adjustable. One-man commissioning is possible via the LED display configuration.
