The SC fiber pigtail features a primary coating (900 µm) in the color corresponding to its category. The color of the primary and secondary coatings is identical. A numerical connector coding from 1 to 12 simplifies the assignment of ports. The pigtails can be ordered individually. Since they are typically ordered in batches of 12, each polybag contains 12 pigtails. The separately packaged connectors allow for quick and convenient access to each individual pigtail. Each packaging unit includes an individual measurement protocol.
