The Edimax ES-1008P V2 is an 8 PoE+ port Fast Ethernet switch designed for use in small to medium networks. With the help of eight DIP switches, PoE ports can be manually configured via the on/off control, extending the PoE delivery distance up to 200 meters and supporting port-based on/off control for VLAN and QoS. PoE-enabled devices such as Wi-Fi access points, network cameras, and IP phones, as well as other Ethernet-enabled devices like computers, printers, and network-attached storage (NAS), can easily be connected to the network and powered through the switch. With its compact dimensions and quiet operation, the device is ideal for expanding networks at home or in small businesses. The ES-1008P V2 features eight IEEE 802.3at Power over Ethernet (PoE+)-ports, delivering up to 30 W per port. It converts the electricity standard of 100-240V AC through the LAN cables.
