With a digital motor that generates the Coanda effect thanks to its powerful performance, and intelligent temperature regulation that measures temperature up to 40 times per second, the Dyson Airwrap does not require extreme heat for styling. By combining the moisture in the hair, a strong airflow, and a temperature that is always kept below 150 °C, it can style and dry simultaneously.

Utilizing the aerodynamic Coanda effect, the Dyson Airwrap creates a continuous airflow that generates curls, drawing your hair to the attachment and wrapping it. The curling attachment can be set to rotate in either direction, making it ideal for voluminous curls and waves.

The Dyson Smoothing Brushes use the Coanda effect to draw hair to the surface of the brush. Air is distributed along the hair strands – the same blow-drying technique used by professional stylists.
