The 100G QSFP28 to QSFP28 Direct Attached Cable copper cable assemblies (DAC) are a cost-effective alternative for short-range data connections. They comply with the specifications for 100G Ethernet (100GBASE-CR4). It contains four high-speed copper pairs, each operating at data rates of up to 25 GbE. Therefore, the QSFP28 DAC cable is suitable for energy-efficient connections over short distances, such as in data centers, enterprise storage systems, and high-performance computing.
