With the DIGITUS® 8-Port Gigabit PoE Switch, you get a multifunctional switch suitable for various application scenarios. You can use all 8 ports for traditional network devices without PoE power supply. Six ports can be utilized for PoE-enabled network devices, with two of these ports providing up to 90 watts each (IEEE 802.3bt) per port. The remaining four ports support IEEE 802.3at/af devices with up to 30 watts of power. Additionally, two SFP uplink ports are integrated, which can be equipped with SFP modules for fiber optic or copper technology. Furthermore, the Gigabit standards support data transfer rates of up to 1000 Mbps, Auto MDI/MDIX, and Auto Negotiation for the RJ45 ports. The switch also features three different modes: Legacy BT, BT, and UPoE, which can be set via a DIP switch on the front panel. With this Gigabit PoE switch, you can implement traditional network applications and also power high-demand network devices such as POS systems, access control systems, surveillance, or parking systems. A total budget of 180 W is provided for PoE devices.
