Generic compatible 10GBASE-BX-U SFP+ transceiver supports link lengths of up to 10 km over OS2 single-mode fiber via an LC simplex connector. This 10G BiDi SFP+ transceiver enables data transmission over a single fiber strand, with one transceiver sending a 1270 nm signal and receiving a 1330 nm signal, while the other BiDi SFP+ optics send at a wavelength of 1330 nm and receive a 1270 nm signal.
Generic compatible, not compatible with Aruba/HPE and Cisco without a CLI command to allow third-party SFP transceivers.
