The Dahle PaperSAFE PS 380 is a cross-cut shredder designed for office or desk applications with a security level of P-4, shredding documents into 4 x 12 mm particles. This model can process up to 15 sheets of A4 paper at once and is also capable of shredding CDs, DVDs, credit cards, staples, and paper clips. With an operating noise level of about 60 dB(A), it provides quiet performance for shared workspaces. The integrated 25-liter waste container holds approximately 380 sheets and features a pull-out drawer for easy emptying. Designed for continuous operation, the shredder can run for over 480 minutes before the thermal protection system activates to prevent overheating. Maintenance requirements are minimal, as the device is oil-free and self-cleaning, and it includes a standby mode for energy savings. The casing is gray. Included in the package is a Dahle Mega-Magnet accessory. This is the successor model to earlier Dahle shredders, identified by MPN 23380-16173A.
