The Contour XT blood glucose meter is reliable, user-friendly, and ready to use right away. The Contour Next sensors automatically code themselves, just as you are accustomed to with blood glucose meters from the Contour family. A new feature of the Contour XT meter is a measurement method called Multi-Pulse. The Multi-Pulse principle means that seven separate measurement impulses during the measurement time yield a highly precise measurement value. Additionally, the technology of the sensors has been improved. The Contour Next sensors are highly stable against environmental influences, thus supporting even more accurate measurement results.

Measure blood sugar – anytime. In five seconds.

The Contour XT blood glucose meter is ready to use immediately without any presettings. A small sample of just 0.6 µl of blood is sufficient for precise and reliable determination of blood sugar levels. After only five seconds, the measurement result is displayed in large, easy-to-read numbers. You can then determine your individual therapy measure. If the first drop of blood is not large enough, you have the option to add a second drop of blood to the same sensor within 30 seconds.
