Fresh air exactly where it’s needed. The Cool Spot Duct Free 0.5 kW is the smart alternative to traditional air conditioning: a compact, energy-efficient hybrid cooler that cools where it matters most – directly in the airflow. No exhaust hose, no installation, no hassle.

This mobile cooling unit provides noticeable refreshment in a matter of seconds – wherever localised cooling is required. Whether at your desk, at the workbench, in the kitchen, in the studio, in production halls or warehouses, or in the conservatory.

The cooling is based on the principle of natural evaporation and is supported by a compact cooling module using the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290. This creates a continuous cooling effect in the airflow – without the need for any structural alterations.

Thanks to its compact design, low energy consumption (just 200 W) and particularly quiet operation (38–44 dB(A)), the unit is suitable for almost any application. Adequate air circulation prevents heat build-up. Fitted with carrying handles and castors, it is easy to transport and can be used flexibly.

This unit is also available as an optional extra under the name Cool Hybrid 0.5, complete with an exhaust air hose.
