Pastelmat, mounted on cardboard, 1.8 mm, 50 x 70 cm, 5 sheets, 360 g. The Pastelmat paper has been specially developed for pastel painting. The cardboard surface is unique: coarser than velvet paper, softer than sandpaper. This opens up entirely new possibilities for the artist. Very soft shading, fine lines, or precise details can be achieved. Even when erasing or moistening the paper, it retains its properties. Therefore, it is not only perfect for dry techniques but also suitable for wet techniques, such as alcohol, without affecting the texture or surface.
