Part of the Cisco 1000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR) are the ISR 1100 Series and the ISR 1100X Series, which are powered by the Viptela operating system or the IOS XE SD-WAN operating system. These devices combine WAN and comprehensive security on a wired high-performance platform. The ISR 1100 Series features 4 GB of DRAM, while the ISR 1100X Series offers 8 GB of DRAM.
