Product details
The 10x42 model offers slightly more magnification than the 8x42 without being larger. The complete broadband multiple coating and the BaK-4 prisms with phase coating enable a very high light transmission. With an exit pupil of 4.2 mm, you can still see a bright image even at dusk and can even use the binoculars for the occasional look into the stars. The pupil distance can be freely adjusted between 55 and 73 mm, together with 15 mm eye relief a comfortable view is possible. The TrailSeeker is very compact as a roof-edge binocular, and with a weight of 635 g it lies comfortably in the hand. In order to prevent it from becoming a burden even on extended tours, a carrying harness is included in the scope of delivery in addition to the usual wide carrying strap - so that the weight is optimally distributed. The binoculars are attached to the harness with two snap hooks and can therefore be easily removed at any time. For longer observations, all TrailSeekers have a thread for an optional tripod adapter. This allows you to observe in a relaxed manner over a longer period of time.
At 6.5° field of view (114m on 1000m) you can easily find your targets. The close focus of only 2m allows the observation of plants or insects along the way as well as the observation of distant targets. The handy, waterproof binoculars can accompany you during nature observation as well as sports events.
This makes the TrailSeeker 10x42 a reliable companion for hikers, birdwatchers and anyone else looking for a handy and sturdy pair of binoculars.
