The model is a replica of the S.d.Kfz 173 Jagdpanther. The German self-propelled gun Jagdpanther was developed in 1943 based on the chassis of the medium tank Panzerkampfwagen V Panther. The Jagdpanther was armed with the 88 mm anti-tank gun Pak 43. Series production of the Jagdpanther began in the spring of 1944 and continued until the end of the war. A total of around 400 Jagdpanthers were built. They participated in battles from 1944 to 1945 against the Red Army as well as British and American troops.
