This Carpoint inverter is a highly suitable inverter for using and charging electronic devices such as laptops, computers, smartphones, tablets, or digital cameras. The inverter is also ideal as an additional 230-volt power supply in a car, caravan, or motorhome. It comes equipped with battery clamps for connection to a battery, ensuring you always have an extra French grounded socket available. The modified sine wave inverter offers a continuous capacity of 600 watts, and temporarily can deliver a voltage of up to 1200 watts. A device with a USB connection can be charged at the convenient USB port of 5 volts and 2.1 amps. The inverter is protected against overvoltage, undervoltage, and short circuits, and it shuts off if it becomes too hot. Additionally, the inverter features an easily replaceable fuse. The built-in cooling fan ensures stable operation and automatically turns on when the temperature is too high or the load is excessive. The inverter has a compact size of 150 x 100 x 55 millimeters (L x W x H).
