Setting up the DM 5 couldn't be simpler—just connect the soundbar to your flat-screen TV using an audio cable (optical, digital, or analog RCA), and the system will automatically recognize which input you are using. The automatic power on/off feature ensures that the DM 5 turns on or off automatically when the flat-screen TV is powered on or off. Another convenient feature is the ability to control it with your TV remote—this means you only need your TV remote to learn all the functions of the DM remote.
