The Busch-Jaeger Transponder Module 83172-281-101 is an access control module designed for use in Busch-Welcome® door communication systems or in stand-alone operation. It allows the door to be opened using a key card 83173 (contactless). Up to 256 users can be programmed. The module is installed in a Busch-Welcome® outdoor station. It can be integrated into mailboxes and doorbell systems from various manufacturers. The cutout must be created by the manufacturer. Stand-alone operation is carried out together with the system central unit 83300 (power supply and connection for the electric door opener). Programming can be done directly at the module or via a web browser (requires IP gateway 83342).
