The BURG-WÄCHTER WinSafe WS 33 window lock features a robust zinc die-cast housing, providing high resistance against forced entry. This mechanical window lock is VdS-tested and ECB•S-certified for windows made of wood, aluminum, and plastic with a metal insert. The operation of locking and unlocking with the sliding mechanism is extremely simple and convenient. When the cylinder is in an open position, the lock can also be unlocked by turning it without a key. In a closed position, a key is required to unlock it. Another advantage is that it is always visually clear whether the window lock is in a locked state, eliminating the need for tedious checks. You can easily install this window lock yourself. With just a few small drill holes and a few simple steps, the WinSafe unit is securely and stably attached. The individual parts do not need to be painstakingly assembled; you can start the actual installation immediately. Please note that the WinSafe WS 33 window lock is intended solely for installation on the handle side of your inward-opening window or window door.
