The inrush current limiter ESG 6 from BLOCK prevents the unintentional tripping of fuses when power tools are switched on. This occurs with loads with a high inrush current, such as transformers, electric motors, etc.. They generate such high starting currents that mains fuses for the corresponding line circuit respond. Space-saving in a slim housing with a flat step profile, the ESG 6 fits perfectly into your system concept. The ESG 6 is equipped with a service-friendly spring-loaded plug-in system. Due to the high rated current of up to 16 A, several loads or entire workstations can also be switched and supplied via the inrush current limiter.
