Not included are pebbles or gravel, as partially depicted. We recommend using a pair of tweezers and a cutter/utility knife for construction. This is not a toy and is not suitable for children.

Assembly description: Build this realistically looking model with oven-fired, pre-colored ceramic stones and bricks, including accessories, step by step according to the instructions. The construction begins with a rough structure using the cardboard elements on the wooden base plate. Then, the roof construction starts with the wooden strips (depending on the model, this step may also follow after building the walls with the ceramic stones). Once these are completed, you can start placing the ceramic elements stone by stone and brick by brick to complete the realistic model – similar to constructing a real building.
