The most important element of the cutting machine is a rotating knife made of high-quality stainless steel, with a diameter of 17 cm. Equally important is the adjustment knob made of cast aluminum, which allows you to adjust the thickness of the slices at a stable angle with a distance between them. The removable trolley facilitates easy feeding of the products under the knife. The stable aluminum base plate of the slicer features grooves on the sides to guide the trolley, minimizing the amount of crumbs that can accumulate in the grooves during cutting and making cleaning easier.

The set also includes a remnant holder that helps you cut products precisely and protects your fingers from the knife, as well as collection trays for cuttings and crumbs. The trolley, remnant holder, and drip tray are made of a plastic material that is harmless to your health. Both elements can be easily removed from the slicer and cleaned under running water. With the FMS501, you can cut products from less than 1 mm to 20 mm. The cutting thickness is infinitely variable with a convenient knob on the back of the adjuster, which has a clearly visible scale. Thanks to this scale, you can be sure that the machine will cut the products (bread, cheese, or sausage) into the slices you want.

The safety and stability of the appliance during operation are ensured by non-slip legs, blade protection, and impulse operation (the appliance works only when the switch is pressed). For advanced users, continuous operation is available, where the switch does not have to be held down. The cutter housing also has a power cord compartment where excess cord can be inserted and hidden to maintain a comfortable and aesthetic work surface. The circular blade can be replaced, and the manufacturer offers both smooth and serrated blades (smooth blade - accessory ACC037 and serrated blade - accessory ACC038).
