Emulsifying cleaner for use in ultrasonic cleaning equipment. STAR US 6 is a VOC- and label-free cleaning concentrate and therefore universally applicable. In addition, the cleaner is emulsifying, i.e. the cleaned oil disperses in the cleaning bath, which ensures clean removal of the component. Specially designed for use in ultrasonic cleaning equipment. Cleans steel, stainless steel, plastics, aluminum and non-ferrous metals (a compatibility test is advisable for galvanized and extremely sensitive surfaces). Removes machining oils, release agents, vegetable oils and greases, abrasion and grinding dust, fresh paint, etc. Range of application: - Use in ultrasonic cleaning equipment and immersion baths - Maintenance, CNC/metalworking, plastics processing, automotive, railroad, medical technology (with post-rinsing), precision mechanics etc. Details: - concentrate: the cleaner is mixable with water and therefore very economical - VOC and label free - silicate free - barium free - recommended cleaning temperature: 40 - 60 °C, heating up to 80 °C possible - also applicable already at room temperature in the immersion bath, with and without cleaning intensification by aerator.
