Product details

Hand shears may only be used to cut thin sheets of soft metal or steel. They are not suitable for cutting through round and angular metal shapes such as wire. Cutting tools may only be used by hand without additional aids.

Wear safety goggles and gloves when working. Cut-off parts can injure workers and bystanders. Incorrect use can cause personal injury or damage to property. When working on electrical equipment, the connection to the power source must be disconnected, otherwise an electric shock could occur.

Always guide the cutting direction of shears and knives away from the body. Always place cutting tools with closed blades in a clearly visible place. The handle should point towards you. Store cutting tools separately. This protects the cutting edges and your fingers.

Cutting tools must be sharpened regularly. Blunt cutting tools increase the risk of injury and require more force to achieve the same cutting performance.
