The Volano B114 features a 100Cr6 steel blade with a diameter of 31.9 cm and a round cutting capacity of 21.5 cm, as well as a rectangular cutting capacity of 28 cm x 21.5 cm. It can produce slices with a thickness between 0 and 1.5 mm. The concave shape of the blade only contacts the food at the cutting point, preventing changes in taste and smell.
