Removing the carriage:
With a simple lever movement, the carriage can be removed for cleaning. When the carriage is removed, the slicer is automatically locked by a CE safety device. When the carriage is reinserted, the lever is released and the machine is ready for use again. An important innovation that makes it easier to clean the slicer and at the same time allows the carriage to be removed in one quick movement.

Removing the blade guard:
The blade guard can be removed effortlessly and quickly. All you have to do is turn it 90° and you can then pull it out without any further movement: for optimum cleaning of the machine in one simple movement. The blade guard can then be quickly reattached with light pressure and a twisting motion.

Integrated slicer:
The Red Line slicers all have an integrated sharpener for correct sharpening of the blade. Positioning is done by hand, simply by lifting and turning the sharpener. A single position is provided that does not require any manual adjustment and therefore always guarantees the optimum angle for a perfect grinding result.

Rotary knob for adjusting the disc thickness:
The Red Line slicers are equipped with an integrated system that allows the stop plate to be opened precisely by up to 14 mm. The numbers on the rotary knob for adjusting the slice thickness indicate the actual slice thickness in millimetres, which enables extremely fine adjustment and previously unimaginable repeat accuracy, especially for small and frequently used thicknesses.
