Berkel Serrated Knife for HomeLine Plus 200

With the Berkel kit for the serrated knife of the Home Line Plus 200, you can safely cut various types of products with just a few simple steps. Thanks to the kit, you can quickly switch from a smooth blade to a serrated blade, allowing for thorough cleaning of the blade and its back.

Not compatible with Home Line.

The kit includes:

• A hardened steel knife with a reverse serrated edge for a finer cut
• A knife lifter that allows you to safely remove the knife from the slicing machine and store it in the packaging
• The kit comes pre-assembled
• The serrated knife allows for very thin slices without compromising the quality of the product. Ideal for cutting the hardest products, such as:
