With the Berkel kit for the serrated knife of the Home Line Plus 200, you can safely cut various types of products with just a few simple steps. Thanks to the kit, you can quickly switch from a smooth blade to a serrated blade, allowing for thorough cleaning of the blade and the blade's back.

Not compatible with Home Line.

The kit consists of:

• A hardened steel knife with a reverse serration for a finer cut
• A knife remover that allows you to safely detach the knife from the slicing machine and store it in the packaging
• The kit is delivered pre-assembled
• The serrated knife allows for very thin slices without compromising the quality of the product. Ideal for slicing the hardest products, such as:
• Aged cured meats
• Various types of bread with a crispy crust
• Certain fruits with harder and thinner skins, such as tomatoes.
