The carrying system transfers 50% of the weight to the hip belt. The ergonomically shaped, breathable back padding consists of a combination of air and cushioning, allowing air to circulate and creating a larger contact area between the back and the backpack. The self-inflating air cushion has a valve that makes it easy to refill and adjust the amount of air in the back area. The air cushion is well integrated and can withstand rough handling.
