It can be used both indoors and in protected outdoor areas shielded from rain and wind. The fan features summer and winter functions that can be set using a sliding switch on the housing. This creates a cool airflow in summer and evenly distributes warm air in winter. The summer-winter function even saves heating costs. The ceiling fan and light are conveniently controlled via an infrared remote control, which also has a timer function.
