The AXIS FA1080-E is a flexible and extremely discreet thermal sensor unit that is also suitable for outdoor use and offers a variety of installation options: for unobtrusive monitoring behind objects, on walls, or in recesses. It can be used as a privacy-protecting monitoring sensor. The sensor unit features two specifically selectable lenses: a 2.2 mm lens for wide-angle shots and a 4 mm lens for narrower fields of view with greater detection distances. It supports the AXIS Camera Application Platform for use with the AXIS FA54 Main Unit, enabling the use of analytical functions. Additionally, it provides a reliable image capture solution with a low false alarm rate.
