The external network card AXAGON ADE-TR easily converts the USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) port into a Gigabit Ethernet port. It is compatible with 10/100/1000 Mbps transmission speeds. The Gigabit network adapter expands the computer with a fast and stable network connection, adds the missing RJ-45 network port, provides an additional network card, or replaces a non-functional original network port.

The network card with Gigabit bandwidth offers a variety of features, such as IPv4/IPv6 checksums to reduce CPU load from checksums, crossover detection and auto-correction, TCP Large Send Offload, support for various Wake-on-LAN modes, operation with virtual LAN (VLAN), and advanced power management features.

The adapter's metal housing is made of aluminum, providing perfect mechanical protection and excellent heat dissipation. Its compact dimensions and lightweight design make it an ideal accessory for laptops. With support for current versions of Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux operating systems, it can be used with any desktop, laptop, or ultrabook.

In modern operating systems starting from Windows 8.1, the adapter allows for easy automatic installation without requiring an internet connection. Additionally, some phones and tablets running the Android operating system, such as the Samsung S9+, can connect to the internet via a network Ethernet cable with the appropriate adapter thanks to this device.
